Article 1 These guidelines outline the key aspects of how the Oda Collection Supporters' Organization (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") operates.
Office
Article 2 The Organization’s office (hereinafter referred to as "the Office") is located within the Asahikawa Furniture Industry Cooperative.
Objective
Article 3 The Organization aims to provide a space and opportunities for those who support the goals of the Oda Collection Supporters' Organization and wish to help promote the Oda Collection and Mr. Noritsugu Oda.
Membership Categories
Article 4 There are two types of membership in the Organization: 1. Individual Supporter is a member who joins as an individual. 2. Corporate Supporter is a member who joins as a corporation.
Membership Eligibility
Article 5 Anyone who supports the goals outlined in Article 3, completes the registration process on the Oda Collection Supporters' Organization website, and pays the annual membership fee mentioned in the next section is eligible for membership. 2. Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment. If a member does not withdraw, their membership will be automatically renewed.
Annual Membership Fee, etc.
Article 6 The annual membership fees for the Organization are as follows. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Article 7 Members can withdraw at any time through the designated online service (Stripe). Membership fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Member Benefits
Article 8 Members of the Organization receive the following benefits: 1. An annual newsletter 2. Email updates on the Oda Collection 3. 10% discount on Oda Collection merchandise (*some exclusions apply) 4. Corporate Supporters can have their company name listed on the website upon request 5. Other benefits as determined by the Chairperson of the Oda Collection Supporters' Organization (hereinafter referred to as "the Chairperson")
Updating Member Information
Article 9 Members must update their registered details (such as address, name, and phone number) via the designated online service (Stripe) if any changes occur. 2. The Organization is not responsible for any disadvantages or issues arising from failure to update this information.
Supplementary Provisions These guidelines will take effect on February 17, 2025.
