Italians are masters at enjoying life. They value family and friends, possess the flexibility to turn the unexpected into laughter, and cultivate habits that make each day never feel monotonous. This “philosophy of enjoying everyday life” has merged with diverse modes of design expression, giving rise to numerous masterpieces unique to Italy.
Italy’s design culture is shaped by craftsmanship fostered through a long history originating in Ancient Rome, combined with the tradition and innovation woven by modernism since the 20th century. Leading this trend were the Milan Triennale, the globally prestigious Compasso d’Oro International Award, and the fashionable, sophisticated designs that emerged from Milan Design Week—as well as unique and experimental works that symbolize postmodernism.
Together with the Oda Collection, we invite you to experience at the venue the spirit of playfulness and creativity that imbues Italian design—design made for enjoying life.
